Operator and contact
The site is operated by Elias Hakamies under the buildwithllm name. Contact: elias@hakamies.com. The site does not take payments, create user accounts or conclude consulting contracts online.
Engagement terms
The scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, security duties, data-protection roles and delivery terms of paid work are agreed separately in writing before work begins. This portfolio is not a binding quote or a promise that a particular AI solution is suitable as-is for another organisation.
AI transparency
The site describes AI consulting and software services; it does not evaluate visitors or make AI decisions about them. The cinematic environments are AI-generated, human-selected and edited, and do not depict real client sites, offices, systems or events. Governance for a client solution is designed according to its actual purpose, users, data and risk level.
Portfolio and project summaries
Project descriptions are intentionally high-level. They describe the type of system, its job and tools without publishing confidential source code, customer data, credentials or private product details. Third-party names, trademarks and open-source components remain with their respective owners.
