What is processed

• Technical delivery and security: the service infrastructure may process limited connection data such as IP address, time, requested path, response status, user agent and referrer when needed to deliver, secure or troubleshoot the site.
• Voluntary email contact: if you send an email, the sender, message, attachments and information you choose to include are processed to answer the request and, where relevant, discuss a potential engagement.

Do not send passwords, payment data, health data, confidential customer material or other sensitive information through the public email link.

Purposes and legal bases

• Site delivery, abuse prevention and security: legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
• Replying to a request or taking steps before a possible contract: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and, where appropriate, Article 6(1)(f).
• Keeping records required by law: GDPR Article 6(1)(c).

Retention

Technical server logs are kept for the short period needed for security and troubleshooting, normally no longer than seven days. The site creates no analytics profiles or marketing database. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a shorter period is sufficient or a contract, accounting rule, dispute or other legal obligation requires longer retention.

Recipients and transfers

The site's technical delivery uses cloud and network infrastructure operating in the EEA. The necessary infrastructure and email providers may process delivery data under their applicable terms and safeguards. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may also complain to Finland's Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. Send requests to the address above and avoid including unnecessary personal data.

Cookies, profiling and AI

The site has no non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter, login or automated visitor scoring. The day/night choice is stored only in this browser's localStorage and is not sent to the server. The portfolio makes no AI decisions about visitors. Its cinematic environments are AI-generated, human-selected and edited, and do not depict real client sites or events.

Security and changes

The site uses HTTPS, restrictive browser headers and minimal client-side JavaScript. No internet service can promise absolute security. This notice is updated when the site, contact process or applicable requirements change.
